Living where the sun comes out

The last few days have been all about Cornwall, Penzance and Land’s End. If I could I’d buy a beautiful stone house with a stone fence and a gorgeous garden like the ones in Penberth Cove. The scent of the flowers reminded me of all the summers spent at granny’s years ago.

And I’ve never seen a sea so blue and clean. Like diamonds.

Also. I had my hair cut today. After sitting for almost 3 hours at Farley’s I feel like I’m the luckiest and prettiest girl in town. Fair enough. Did some shopping, no one’s surprised, and found my dress for the graduation. It’s a maxi dress, sky-blue and beautifully cut. It fitted like a glove, was just perfect! Now I need to get back to TK Maxx and find the perfect pair of (not so expensive) heels since mom’s going to be 80 quid poorer tomorrow… But she insisted on paying!

Approved indeed. Making of Harry Potter tomorrow, Oxford on Saturday. Sunday roast probably on Sunday. Then it’s Cardiff and Forest of Dean next week. Should call and make a booking for the camping site… I’ll keep you updated!

Take care everyone xx

  3. These are beautiful. I can’t count the number of times everyday that I think to myself – “I’d rather be in Cornwall.” You’ve made my afternoon (it’s a dreary one here in Seattle, WA)!

Aww you poor thing, I’m happy I could be of any assistance, haha! I made a promise to myself that one day I’ll buy a wonderful property somewhere in Cornwall – you can always come and have the spare room!

I KNOW RIGHT?!! It’s absolutely BONKERS: my inbox’s full all the time, there’s almost an instant flow of new followers (my God I have almost 200 of them already!), comments (all so very kind and nice and supportive it’s overwhelming) and likes! And then my photos disappeared since I had exceeded the view limits or something so now I’m uploading them back to WordPress and editing my posts like a crazy. But it’s amazing!

  13. Gorgeous, first Wales and now Cornwall, that reminds me you must read Eden’s Garden by Juliet Greenwood, reading her book was like viewing your photos, almost like being there.

And I will, this Earth is full with unique, beautiful places I want to visit so I don’t think I’m going to stop for a long, long while :) x
